In short
Reprogramaciones MBV serves the whole Community of Madrid: at its workshop in Alcalá de Henares, on Ronda de la Pescadería, and with a mobile service to the customer's home, garage or business in any town in the region, from the city of Madrid to the mountains or the river plains of the south-east. From Alcalá we head out on the A-2, the M-300 and the ring roads (M-40 and M-50) towards the other corridors. Jobs done through the diagnostic port are carried out wherever the vehicle is; those that require opening an ECU, at the workshop. Outside the Community of Madrid, such as Guadalajara or Toledo, we don't offer an on-site service.
Two ways we can help you
At the workshop. It's at Ronda de la Pescadería, 24, bajo, 28801 Alcalá de Henares (Madrid), next to the historic centre of Alcalá de Henares. It's where we do the jobs that require removing and opening a unit, and it's the most convenient option if you live in the Henares corridor. How to get there and what we do there is on workshop in Alcalá de Henares.
Wherever the vehicle is. We go to homes, car parks, garages, industrial units and showrooms in any town in the Community of Madrid. Which jobs can be done on site and what we need to find when we arrive is explained in mobile service.
How a call-out works
You tell us the town and the place
home, residential car park, industrial unit, vehicle compound or garage.
We check the job can be done there
with the make, model, engine and year we know whether the diagnostic port is enough or something has to be opened.
We give you the price including the call-out
and agree the day.
We come with the equipment that job needs
that's why we ask about the vehicle beforehand.
If something turns up on arrival that needs the workshop
, we explain it and suggest how to get the car or the unit to Alcalá.
The Community of Madrid, seen from Alcalá
We organise our call-outs along the main routes out of Madrid, which determine how we reach each place from the workshop:
| Area | How we get there from Alcalá | Worth knowing |
|---|---|---|
| Henares corridor (A-2) | It's our home area: the workshop is here | It's often quicker for you to come to the workshop; see the next section |
| City of Madrid | Along the A-2 or the R-2 to the M-40 and the M-30 | Most cars are kept in residential car parks: let us know if access has to be arranged |
| North (A-1): Alcobendas, San Sebastián de los Reyes, Algete and the Sierra Norte | Across to the A-1 via the M-50 | For villages in the mountains, tell us about the job in detail beforehand: that way we won't need to come back |
| North-west (A-6 and M-607): Las Rozas, Majadahonda, Torrelodones, Collado Villalba, Tres Cantos, Colmenar Viejo | Via the M-40 or the M-50 | On housing estates and rural plots, give us the exact access details |
| West and south-west (A-5): Alcorcón, Móstoles, Navalcarnero, Boadilla del Monte | Via the M-40 or the M-50 | An area with lots of industrial estates: if it's an industrial unit, tell us the access hours |
| South (A-42 and A-4): Leganés, Getafe, Fuenlabrada, Parla, Pinto, Valdemoro, Aranjuez | Via the M-40 or the M-50 | Fleets and garages: we group vehicles into a single visit |
| South-east (A-3): Rivas-Vaciamadrid, Arganda del Rey, the Vegas and the Chinchón area | Along the M-300 to Arganda, without going through Madrid | From Arganda and Loeches, the Alcalá workshop is also handy via the M-300 |
The table isn't a closed list: if your town is in the Community of Madrid and isn't listed, we still come out.
The Henares corridor
If you're in the Henares corridor, the workshop works in your favour. From Torrejón de Ardoz, San Fernando de Henares or Coslada, getting to Alcalá is just a matter of carrying on along the A-2. From Meco, Camarma de Esteruelas or Daganzo, Alcalá is a short hop away on local roads. And for Villalbilla, Torres de la Alameda, Los Santos de la Humosa or Anchuelo, it's the nearest large town.
That changes the calculation in two cases:
- Jobs that need the workshop, such as cloning or an ECU that has to be opened: bringing it in only takes a little while.
- Cars that can be driven: leaving it at the workshop is usually simpler than finding a slot for us to come to your home.
And if the car won't start or you'd rather not travel, we'll come to you just as we would anywhere else. The part of the corridor that continues east, Azuqueca de Henares and Guadalajara, is already in Castilla-La Mancha and outside the area our mobile service covers; from there, the Alcalá workshop is just a few kilometres away.
Outside the Community of Madrid
We don't offer an on-site service outside the Community of Madrid: not in Guadalajara, northern Toledo, Segovia, Ávila or Cuenca. If you live there, you can bring the vehicle to our workshop in Alcalá de Henares.
If you're a garage from outside the region and you're interested in working remotely, file service and remote coding don't require anyone to travel: get in touch and we'll tell you whether we can help.
Tell us your town, the vehicle and the job. We'll tell you whether we'll do it there or at the workshop, and the price.
