What data we process and why

How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a job are deleted within one year at most. Customer data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and, after that, for the periods required by law (tax and accounting).
Who we share it with
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. We use providers that process data on our behalf with the necessary safeguards: web hosting and email, management of the requests received through the form, WhatsApp (Meta) if you write to us that way, and Google (Analytics and Ads) only if you accept cookies. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@reprogramacionesmbv.com. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
