In short
Customer reviews of Reprogramaciones MBV can be read on the Google Business Profile of our workshop in Alcalá de Henares (Eurorepar Talleres Hnos. Barriopedro Gil), where each customer writes them with their own account and we cannot edit them. On the home page we show two reviews copied exactly as they appear on that profile, with the name each customer signed them with; we do not show an average rating or aggregated stars, because they change with every new review. If you have already worked with us, you can leave your review on that same profile.
Where to read genuine reviews
On our Google Business Profile. It is the profile of the workshop in Alcalá de Henares, Eurorepar Talleres Hnos. Barriopedro Gil, of which Reprogramaciones MBV is the ECU remapping brand. Each review is published by a customer with their own Google account; we can reply to it, but we cannot change it or choose which ones are shown.
To get the most out of them:
- Sort them by most recent: they say more about how we work today than the ones from years ago.
- Read the criticism too, and how we reply to it.
- Look for the ones about what you need (a remap, a key, an electronic fault), because the workshop does more than one thing.
- Pay attention to specific details: a review that explains what was done and how is worth more than a score with no text.
What we show on the website
On the home page you will see two reviews from the Google Business Profile, copied without changing the text and with the name of the person who wrote them; if any of them has been shortened, we say so. The law is strict about this: since the amendment made by Real Decreto-ley 24/2021 (a Spanish royal decree-law), the Ley de Competencia Desleal (Spain's Unfair Competition Act, art. 27.7 and 27.8) treats it as misleading to claim that reviews come from real customers without taking steps to check it, and to publish or commission fake reviews. That is why we only show reviews you can check on the profile, and we do not display an average rating or aggregated stars. If you have already been to us
It helps us a lot if you share your experience, whether it was good or not. Open our Google Business Profile, tap on write a review and sign in with your Google account. The most useful thing for other customers is to say what vehicle it was, what was done and how it went. If something did not go as you expected, you can also message us first on WhatsApp (641 125 798): we would rather know about it and put it right.
