You tell us the vehicle and the fault, we agree a day and we work there. It's the most convenient option for keys, no-starts and jobs done through the diagnostic port. You can bring the whole car or just the removed unit, labelled with the vehicle it came from. You can also send us units by courier, or we'll come and collect them. ### You do it and we supply the software If your garage has read/write tools, our [file service](https://www.reprogramacionesmbv.com/en/trade/file-service/) lets you carry out remaps with files developed by us. If you have a diagnostic interface, [remote coding](https://www.reprogramacionesmbv.com/en/trade/remote-coding/) handles coding and adaptations without anyone having to travel. ## What helps us go straight to the problem **When you call us about a car** - Vehicle: Make, model, engine, year and VIN if it's a key or a unit - Fault code reading: Whatever you've got, even if it doesn't tell you much - What's already been done: Parts changed and tests carried out, so we don't repeat them - Units: Part numbers of the faulty ECU and the replacement one, if there is one - Keys: How many are left and whether any of them work - Urgency: Whether the customer needs the car by a specific date ## The job belongs to your garage When a car comes to us through you, we work for your garage and we deal with you: we tell you the diagnosis and the price, and you decide with your customer. You're still the one who hands the finished car back to them. - **Invoice**: we invoice whoever you tell us to, in your company's name or directly to your customer. - **Your customer stays yours**: we commit to you in writing not to approach them. - **Payment**: cash, Bizum (Spanish instant bank payment), card or bank transfer; if you're going to send us work regularly, terms and volume pricing are agreed case by case. ## How to explain it to your customer Your customer trusts you, not us, so we give you what you need to explain it properly: - **What was wrong with the car and what's been done**, in words you can repeat without jargon. The invoice describes the work, and we also provide a document of the work carried out, which your customer can use, for example, for their insurer. - **The price before we start**, so you can pass it on with your margin and they can decide. - **What they need to know afterwards**: whether a cloned ECU needs any further adaptation, whether a new key replaces the previous ones or whether a remap affects the ITV or the insurance. ## When we'll tell you it's not for us - **Purely mechanical faults**: if the problem is a turbo or a pump, you'll sort it out better and more cheaply yourself. - **Cars where the mileage is meant to be altered**: we don't tamper with odometers. - **Deletes on road cars**: we only do them on competition vehicles or vehicles that aren't used on public roads, as we explain in [deletes](https://www.reprogramacionesmbv.com/en/deletes/). - **Units that aren't compatible**: if the replacement ECU doesn't match the vehicle, we tell you before you pay for us to try. ## Price Work for garages is **price on request**, depending on the vehicle and the job, and we give you the price before we start so you can pass it on to your customer. You don't need to group several jobs together to ask us to come out. If you happen to have another car waiting, let us know and we'll do it on the same visit. ### Can I send you just the ECU and not the car? Yes, for jobs like cloning or repairing ECUs, BSIs and instrument clusters. Remove it yourself, label it with the vehicle it came from and call us first: you can send it by courier or we'll come and collect it. ### Another garage has already looked at the car and nobody can find the fault. Are you interested? Yes, those are exactly the cases where we help most. Tell us what has already been checked and which parts have been changed, so we don't repeat tests and your customer doesn't pay twice for the same thing. ### Who explains the work to the end customer? You do, as you're the one with the relationship.
